The fifteenth tabletop happening of 5×7 UNDERGROUND occurred on Friday, November 8th, 2019 from 5-7 p.m. “turn” was the theme and chosen by member, Lauren Latané-Valis.
This happening occurred in conjunction with member Jim Roberts’ retirement from teaching show, “End of an Error” and was held at Studio 1330 on Old Taneytown Road in Westminster, Maryland. Selected works from past 5×7 Underground happenings were also on display.
Artists in attendance included: Jeff Sharp, Mary Beth Francis, Jim Roberts, Lauren Latané-Valis, Thomas Sterner as well as a number of invited guests. The exhibit was on display until December 1st.
This was the first (and hopefully not the last) gallery show for the 5×7 Underground and was well received. Each work was also photographed individually and can be viewed in the isolated image gallery. We hope you enjoy the art and will visit us again!
